Saturday, February 8, 2025 – Open Registration Begins!
Ready to meet your neighborhood community? New families are welcome to enroll their Crown Hill Explorer for the 2025-2026 school year beginning on Saturday February 8, 2025. For new families, registering early is the best way to reserve your spot.
You will be able to access the registration form online by creating a Jovial account by clicking the button below. Through the Jovial platform, you will be able to register for classes, make payments, and manage approved caregivers for your child. We are excited to welcome you and your family to Crown Hill Co-op Preschool.
Jovial is preschool management software for non-profits and independent for-profit.
Age Requirements
Unsure of which class to register for? Our age requirements follow Seattle Public Schools. The age of the child as of Aug 31, 2025 determines the class:
OTTERS (Toddlers): 12-23 months
ORCAS (Pre-3s): 24–35 months
EAGLES (3-5s): 36–60 months
EAGLES (Pre-K): 48-60 months
Age exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis by the Co-op’s board and teachers.
Priority Enrollment Dates:
Saturday, January 11, 2025 – Priority Registration Begins
Priority registration is provided to currently enrolled families.
Currently enrolled students can register at the same co-op before the public beginning Jan 11 and up to Feb 7. Form can only be accessed by logging into your existing Jovial account.
Saturday, January 25, 2025 – Transfer Registration Begins
Currently enrolled students who are moving to a different co-op for pre-3s or 3-5s classes. Priority transfer registration starts Jan 25 and ends Feb 7.
